CARES Housing Program
The CARES Housing operates a permanent supportive housing program serving individuals and families who are homeless and who are living with HIV/AIDS. Participation in the CARES Housing Program includes on-going housing case management designed to assist program participants in accessing community-based support services in order to maintain independent living. Apartments are located at various sites within the City of Albany.
