CARES Regional HMIS
CARES has served as the administrator of a regional HMIS in New York State since 2004, starting with a tri-county collaborative database and growing to encompass a large geographic area throughout central and eastern New York State. In this role, CARES provides software, user training, support, reporting, HUD Policy and help desk assistance, while procuring data for on-going analysis.
